For a team, this is easier to do by producing guidelines and rules; such as avoiding particular conjunctions or phrases. For a small business owner who’s looking to boost his online views, it could be harder because you’re relying on your current team members. Try keeping individual members on the same projects throughout; if team member A is handling blogs and social media and team member B managing your pages and any email campaigns don’t switch them around.
